Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manager of Accounts and Finance to oversee and manage our financial operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for financial planning, management reporting, compliance, and ensuring the overall financial health of the organization. This role requires strong leadership, analytical abilities, and a deep understanding of financial management practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Planning and Analysis: Develop and implement financial strategies, plans, and budgets. Conduct thorough financial analysis and provide insights to support strategic decision-making.
- Financial Reporting: Prepare and present accurate and timely financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements. Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
- Budget Management: Oversee the preparation and management of budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and adherence to financial targets.
- Tax Compliance: Ensure compliance with all tax regulations, including GST, TDS, and income tax filings. Manage relationships with tax authorities and coordinate audits.
- Accounts Payable and Receivable: Supervise the management of accounts payable and receivable functions, ensuring timely processing and resolution of discrepancies.
- Cash Flow Management: Monitor and manage cash flow, ensuring adequate liquidity for operational needs. Prepare cash flow forecasts and manage banking relationships.
- Internal Controls: Develop, implement, and maintain robust internal controls to safeguard assets and ensure the accuracy of financial records.
- Audit Coordination: Coordinate internal and external audit activities, providing necessary documentation and support to auditors.
- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth.
- Regulatory Compliance: Stay updated with changes in financial regulations and ensure the organization’s compliance with all statutory requirements.
- Financial Strategy: Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement financial strategies that align with business objectives and drive growth.

Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. A professional qualification such as CA, CMA, or MBA in Finance is preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 7 years of experience in finance or accounting, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks) and MS Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
